СО₂ water gasifier (125 kg/h)

Gasifier operates jointly with carbon dioxide charging station (SZU-500 or SZU-800) and allows cylinders filling with gaseous carbon dioxide. Filling with gaseous carbon dioxide is used in the process of production of gas mixtures that include carbon dioxide gas (СO2). Principle of filling is as follows: carbon dioxide charging station pumps liquid carbon dioxide through water gasifier where it is evaporated, than fills cylinders battery or bundle (under pressure). Filling process is performed to the specified value of pressure or weight.

Gasifier represents heat-insulated tank with water; tubular heat exchanger and heating elements (tubular electric heating elements) are located inside. During gasifier operation, automatic actuation and shutdown of tubular electric heating elements occurs in accordance with signals from water temperature sensor, maintaining temperature values on the constant level. To maintain water uniform temperature in all sections of the tank, low-flow circulating pump is installed.
