Plant for СО₂ feeding “MINI”

Plant “MINI” is designed for small consumers of carbon dioxide gas: non-alcoholic beverage filling lines with low capacity: medium or strongly sparkling drinks up to 3000 bottles/hour with volume of 1.5 liters, beer, equipment for bubbly chocolate production, etc.

Plant “MINI” consists of rotating device with sufficient place for eight 40-liter cylinders, heater, gearbox for carbon dioxide gas, and automation system. During plant operation, gas from cylinders enters heater to avoid gearbox freezing while gas throttling through it.

Control signals on actuation/shutdown of heater are sent from control unit to maintain constant gas temperature at the outlet.

If carbon dioxide gas flow is 25 kg/h, continuous operation period of the plant will be 8 hours. The plant control unit includes pressure monitoring system in bottle battery and system of alarming about this pressure decrease down to allowable value while notifying about soon discharge of cylinders.

To resume gas feeding, it is necessary to replace empty cylinders with full ones. Duration of this operation is not more than 30 minutes.
